How I work

Much of the work in organizations lives below the surface: assumptions, patterns, unspoken tensions, power dynamics. I use tactile and creative tools that invite teams to slow down, reflect, and work towards making the implicit explicit. My approach is grounded in anti-oppression and equity and in increasing psychological safety in the room so that we can get to what is at the heart and make decisions with honesty and care.
